Yesterday, our Director and Conductor, Anna Szostak, received the Koryfeusz Muzyki Polskiej 2025 award in the “Personality of the Year” category! ❤️
This unique distinction was awarded for the implementation of a coherent vision for the development of the Katowice City Singers' Ensemble “Camerata Silesia,” which conducts extensive concert and recording activities, honored with numerous awards in the past season.
The jury also appreciated the consistent combination of promoting the Polish contemporary repertoire with the performance of early music – an idea that has been at the heart of our artistic journey for years ❤️
This is a great honor and motivation for us, especially in this anniversary year of Camerata's 35th anniversary. We would like to thank everyone who is with us – listeners, colleagues, composers, and friends of music.
